I'm a certified individual and executive coach who also works as a facilitator with systems, organisations and relationships - professional or personal. For many a long year I was a news agency journalist and editor, working on four continents. If coaching had been discovered a few decades earlier I would have chosen that path. Coaching, like journalism is all about people and their stories. But the news in coaching is about growth and opportunities not about conflict and pain.

Coaching is about joy and empowerment, with rigour and with fun and humour added to the mix. Expect to be challenged and to be held in confidence and trust.
